The relay turns the plugs on as well as off.

It is in NEW condition but box (if included) may show signs of wear due to sitting on parts shelf for several years.

We check the voltage with a meter and voltage was fine across the fuse inside the relay box and to the relay itself but no voltage went to the glow plugs.
